Configure Helpscout

Login to your helpscout account and goto https://secure.helpscout.net/apps/

Click Build custom apps and then click create app.

Enter the app name as interbot , and paste the following content in the static content field. <a href="https://interbotapp.helpninja.com/#/route?app=helpscout&ticketId={%ticket.id%}">Send to slack</a>
